• Our 3 ton drum is the heaviest in the industry.  Our drum and hydraulic arm maximizes compaction and minimizes cycle time.  That means dumpsters can hold more trash and require less hauls, and you can compact more dumpsters per day.
•  Driver safety and comfort is a big deal.  Our equipment is completely controlled by the driver via a joystick and video monitors, right from the  truck's cab.  The driver never has to leave the comfort and safety of the cab.  This greatly reduces driver fatigue and safety risks, especially in harsh conditions like rain, snow and excessive heat.  It dramatically increases your efficiency on every job because it eliminates the need for the driver to go from cab to compactor and back.  These features can enable you to compact 10% more dumpsters daily, so you can maximize revenues and minimize overtime.  If you're dead set on an external cab, we offer that too.
• Our drum guards prevent the drum's steel spikes from damaging the container.
• Our equipment has a short wheelbase, which gives you maximum maneuverability, increasing your efficiency and maximizing the number of locations you can serve.
• We designed the compactor with large flat surface areas on both sides which you can use to brand your equipment.

Equipment

Mounted (truck and compactor).    $255,000

Our turn-key unit comes with the compactor permanently mounted on a Freightliner or Kenworth diesel truck. The compactor’s hydraulics are driven by the power take off (PTO) of the truck and integrated with the truck's electrical system. The compactor includes an onboard 4 camera video system which facilitates complete operation by the driver from the truck’s cab via a joystick and video monitors, along with video recording and 4G/Wifi upload. Compared to having to exit the truck to climb up and down to an exterior cab for every job, the joystick control provides exceptional efficiency through time-savings, and exceptional safety and comfort, especially in harsh conditions like rain, snow and excessive heat (the external cab is still offered as an option).  This vehicle is under 26,000 pounds and thus does not require a CDL.  Special compactor color option is $3,000.

Unmounted (compactor only).    $138,000

The compactor itself is the same as our mounted unit, including the in-cab joystick control and onboard cameras.  You'll need to have the compactor mounted on a chassis and integrated with the truck's PTO and electrical system, or we can do the work for you.  Special compactor color option is $3,000.

Roll-off compactor (compactor only).    $160,000

Similar to our unmounted compactor, this compactor provides the flexibility of being able to be pulled on and off a roll-off truck.

Branding

Our standard equipment includes a white truck cab and orange compactor.  We designed our equipment to provide you with large flat sides on the compactor so you can paint or wrap them with your branding.

Warranties, maintenance and repair

The Freightliner and Kenworth trucks comes with a comprehensive 6 to 60 month warranty (varies by component), and the compactor comes with a comprehensive 17 month warranty. You will receive detailed user manuals and warranty booklets outlining daily, weekly and monthly compactor maintenance checklists.  The compactor is like similar pieces of hydraulic equipment (excavators, backhoes, dump trucks, skid steers, front loaders) which can be serviced by local hydraulic repair shops who routinely replace hydraulic hoses and perform other repairs as needed. We stock non-routine parts that you may need over the years.

Pick-up

You can pick up your equipment in Landover, MD, or you can arrange for your own delivery (roughly $1,000 to $2,500 depending on your location).
